The New Design School's 2012 gala was inspired by the Mayan calendar and "end of the world".  Students were asked to create a design for t-shirts and other merchandise to be sold at the event to raise funds for scholarships.

 

I designed a skull with bright feathers to tie in the ominous event and colors from traditional Mayan clothing.

 

The design was also used in the Mayan Shop flyer.
